One of the most amazing parts of construction is that we get to craft something that will endure for generations; providing shelter, safety, security, a place to grow, and most importantly, a place to call home. This is not something we take lightly, nor is it something we let ourselves lose sight of. Whether we are planning communities from the ground up, designing new homes to better fit modern lifestyles, or following through with customer service after someone has moved in, we strive to impart the sense of warmth, belonging, and quality that we would want to experience in our own homes.
The internet has given tremendous amounts of information to homebuyers and they are better equipped to control their own transactions than in the past. Recognizing this, our sales program works on three distinct tracks: direct service, guided service and outside service.
Every purchase, like every person, is different, so we offer these three tracks to allow homebuyers to tailor their home purchasing experience to their needs. Each track offers different advantages and obligations in terms of what roles the homebuyer and agent plays. Each track offers a varying agency relationship between the buyer and the agents or builder. For a brief outline, see “Find Your Route” below about the options available to you. If you have any questions, please contact Robert Wolverton, our direct service Sales Manager.

Outside Agent Sales is the traditional real estate agent route. You’ll work with an outside agent to purchase your new home. Keep in mind that agency relationships vary widely depending on the agreement with the individual agent.
