With our Community Sales, you will work with our on site Community Sales Manager to guide you through every step of the decision and purchase process.
Outside Agent Sales is the traditional real estate agent route. You’ll work with an outside agent to purchase your new home. Keep in mind that agency relationships vary widely depending on the agreement with the individual agent.

If your home is having preselected finishes and options, move to the next step. If your home has available selections and options packages, please proceed to your BuilderTrend portal make your selections prior to your cut-off date. The sooner we get your selections, the faster we can get that information to the men and women who are putting your home together piece by piece.
Your sales manager will reach out to you around 3 weeks prior to close to make an in-person appointment with the superintendent at your new community. As one of our homebuyers, you will meet the community superintendent prior to taking possession of your home. We hope that this face-to-face interaction with the team responsible for building your home will allow you to feel confident and give you an opportunity to discuss and resolve any concerns prior to close.
