With our Community Sales, you will work with our on site Community Sales Manager to guide you through every step of the decision and purchase process.
Outside Agent Sales is the tradition real estate agent route. You’ll work with an outside agent to purchase your new home. Keep in mind that agency relationships vary widely depending on the agreement with the individual agent.
