Our interior designer gives unparalleled attention to every home we build, and we love to stay up-to-date on design trends.     What/where else is Sage Homes building? Are you pre-selling? What is the pricing?

    Sage Homes is continuously building and pre-selling townhomes and single-family homes within the Western Washington. We build in a wide range of price points and home sizes, and are proud to deliver the same high quality regardless of price. Click on the Find Your Home tab to learn what's coming.

    What are the school districts like?
    A

    Sage Homes builds in great school districts. You'll feel safe and confident sending your children to these schools. Please visit the bottom of the community pages for more information about the school district in which your home will be located.

    Are your homes energy-efficient?

    Absolutely. At Sage Home we are committed to building greener homes. We do this by choosing building materials that are durable, functional, recycled, recyclable, healthy, efficient, and locally sourced to support local business and cut down on effects on our environment from transportation. Energy efficient products and elements may include, but are not limited to, covered porches, use of LED and energy efficient lighting fixtures, goal to achieve 20% improvement over WA State Energy Code, and more.

    Tell me a little about the buying process.

    We pride ourselves on having the best buying experience in the Greater Seattle Area. We work overtime to deliver a home that has been detailed to perfection. We take the extra time to introduce you to our customer service team and teach you all about your new home through our orientation process .

    Does Sage Homes offer a warranty?
    A

    Sage Homes offers a comprehensive, transferrable six-year warranty, meaning it transfers if you sell. This is a valuable re-sale tool and shows our commitment. One Year Limited Warranty for Workmanship and Systems is applied to interior concrete and foundation, interior trim and moldings, flooring, paint and finishes, doors, windows, roof, cabinets, countertops, driveways and walkways, decks and patios, exterior siding and trim, exterior and retaining walls, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and HVAC. Six Year Limited Warranty applies to Structural Elements Only.

    Do Sage homes have Homeowner's Association fees?
    A

    Typically, select Sage Homes communities have HOAs or homeowner's dues. The HOA fees will vary from community to community. Any decisions among homeowners can be resolved through Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions if there is no HOA. Please follow up with the Community Sales Manager on whether a Sage home you are considering has a HOA.

    Do I need a realtor?
    A

    Sage Homes is grateful for the assistance we receive from our local real estate agents, and would be happy to work with your agent. We can also introduce you to one of our experienced homebuyer's agents. We're proud of our strong reputation with the Realtor community.

    Can I bring a home inspector to the site?
    A

    At Sage Homes, we encourage home inspections. An extra set of eyes means that you can be sure that we're building your new home precisely the way you want it.

    What are the estimated completion dates for different properties?
    A

    We can typically estimate a completion date three (3) months in advance. We give a firm completion date about 30 days before closing. 

Great Service! Not only is my home lovely and well built, I have had absolutely stellar service on any question or issue that has come up. Alex, on the Sage Homes NW team responds quickly and goes above and beyond to resolve anything that comes up, even when he doesn't need to. He's helped me with a gas issue and managed everything to get it fixed within 24 hours and even is stopping by to help with a window that got opened to firmly. Super product and service!
