    At Sage Homes, we believe we have built our homes with all the comforts and conveniences that most buyers will want - including features that will improve future resale value. Our interior designer gives unparalleled attention to every home we build, and we love to stay up-to-date on design trends.

    We understand that customers like to make a few suggestions, and depending on the stage of construction, we may be open to a limited number of customizations. We ask that buyers make specific requests at the time of their offer to purchase. We will look at those requests along with the offer price, and determine if we are able to accommodate them.

    Are your homes energy-efficient?

    Absolutely. Most of our homes are 4 Star Rated by BuiltGreen®.  And they can be HERS rated as well! The HERS is a nationally recognized model for inspecting and calculating a home's energy efficiency. The HERS makes it easy to understand how our designs save our homeowners money each year.

    Tell me a little about the buying process.

    We pride ourselves on having the best buying experience in Seattle. We work overtime to deliver a home that has been detailed to perfection. We take the extra time to introduce you to our customer service team and teach you all about your new home through our orientation process .

    Does Sage Homes offer a warranty?
    A

    Sage Homes offers a comprehensive, transferrable six-year warranty, meaning it transfers if you sell. This is a valuable re-sale tool and shows our commitment.

    Do Sage homes have Homeowner's Association fees?
    A

    Typically, Sage Homes properties do not have HOAs or homeowner's dues but some do so feel free check with us on an individual basis. Any decisions among homeowners can be resolved through Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions if there is no HOA.

    Do I need a realtor?
    A

    Sage Homes is grateful for the assistance we receive from our local real estate agents, and would be happy to work with your agent. We can also introduce you to one of our experienced Buyer's agents. We're proud of our strong reputation with Seattle's agents.

    Can I bring a home inspector to the site?
    A

    At Sage Homes, we encourage home inspections. An extra set of eyes means that you can be sure that we're building your new home precisely the way you want it.

    What are the estimated completion dates for different properties?
    A

    We can typically estimate a completion date three (3) months in advance. We give a firm completion date about 30 days before closing.
