If you moved into your Sage Home on or after June 2020, please use the following Request for Customer Care form to notify us of any items in your home that require warranty attention. While we strive to build a home without imperfections, we are realistic enough to know that, with repeated use, an item in the home may fail to perform as it should. When this occurs, we will make necessary corrections so the item meets our Warranty and Performance Guidelines. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to set up an appointment for an inspection or for service within two business days. Our customer care department is available for appointments Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If this is an emergency (ie. fire, flooding, etc), please use the emergency contact information provided to you in your homeowner orientation or call 911.

We only respond to requests that are submitted online through your owner access on the BuilderTrend portal. Please follow the instructions below on how to submit your customer care request in your BuilderTrend portal.

1. Sign onto your BuilderTrend homeowner page. (if you have not been given access to your BuilderTrend page, please contact

2. At the top green bar select – “Project Management”

3.Scroll down and click on “Warranty”

4. In the warranty page, you can see all of your open and past appointments. To open an new request, click on the dark green button that says “New Claim.”

5. On the new request form, please include the title of your request, the category of request (ie. cabinets, flooring, appliances, etc.) and the priority (ie, low, medium, high, or emergency) and any attachments.

6. Save your customer care request for submittal.
