While we strive to build a home without imperfections, we are realistic enough to know that, over time, an item in your home may fail to perform as it should. When this occurs, we will gladly make the necessary corrections to ensure that all items in your home meet our Warranty and Performance Guidelines.
Our Customer Care Team
You can count on our dedicated Customer Care team to take care of you. The most efficient way for us to address our homeowner’s needs is for you to submit a claim online for your non-emergent needs. This gives us the ability to respond to each request in a timely manner and to address issues effectively.
