The Elowen

Sage seeks to further solidify its presence along the I-5 corridor with a 23.6-acre site in Lacey, bolstered by a strong military and government influence. The site presents an opportunity to add a highly amenitized, 324-unit garden-style apartment community to the Olympia market and will mark the largest multi-family development in Sage Homes' history. The team closed on the land in March 2024, and construction financing was secured in March 2025.

Sage completed a complex entitlement process and will oversee all aspects of construction and lease-up.
