Development

Land acquisition was finalized in Q4 2020, with site development beginning in Q3 2022. Despite encountering construction setbacks related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the project advanced toward completion. Lease-up concluded in Q4 2024, marking a significant milestone in the development timeline. Sage served as the in-house general contractor, overseeing every phase with strategic execution and precision.

Construction

Construction broke ground in Q2 2023, requiring thoughtful planning to navigate the complexities of the site. The first building achieved Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in May 2024, with full project completion by September 2024. Sage’s team executed with efficiency and adaptability, ensuring high-quality results despite the challenges presented.
