Development

Site development commenced in July 2023, with Sage Homes serving as the project’s in-house general contractor.

Construction

Construction began in Q4 2023, with the first building receiving its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in December 2024. The project was completed in March 2025. As part of the development, Sage Homes managed the construction and dedication of a new McQuorkdale Road and oversaw the rebuilding of a bike shop for a retail tenant on behalf of the City of Burlington.
