Western Trails is a 228-unit garden-style multifamily community located along the Olympia–Lacey border, directly adjacent to the Chehalis Western Trail, offering residents immediate access to one of the region’s most expansive recreational corridors. Set within a natural setting and designed to integrate open green spaces with a comprehensive amenity package, the community balances outdoor connectivity with everyday livability. The project benefits from positive early coordination with the City of Olympia and is advancing through permitting with a targeted construction start in 2026.
