This community featured 49 single-family homes, offering three to four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Homes were thoughtfully designed with gas fireplaces, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and stainless steel appliances.

Located on a quiet dead-end street backing up to a lush greenbelt, the neighborhood also included its own dedicated community park, creating a peaceful and connected place to call home.

Development

Sage Homes acquired the Ridgeline site in 2014, purchasing partially completed infrastructure from a bank at a land value of $2,107,000. Through its vertically integrated model, Sage oversaw the full development of the community, guiding the project from acquisition through planning and execution. The result was a successful 49-home single-family development that delivered long-term value for the local market, reaching a completed valuation of $17,150,000.

Constuction

As the in-house general contractor, Sage Homes completed the land development and executed the full build-out of the homes. This included the construction of roads, neighborhood amenities, and a dedicated community park.
